But if i had to break down why i think that: Overconstruction isnt the real issue (at least within the city). There's and agglomeration effect whereby places become more attractive the more busy and "热闹" they are. Fuzhou is still growing if less quickly, its still pretty land-limited, and a relatively wealthy coastal city with real trade and industry so i don't see a total collapse. I think outskirts might dip a lot lower in the coming years.”
